Important: Island Boyz offers digital memberships only. We do not sell, ship, or provide any physical products. All access is digital and personal.

General Policy

As a member, you are fully responsible for how you use your membership and access to the community. We disclaim any liability related to the use, interpretation, or actions taken based on any information or content within the community. Any outcomes, legal or otherwise, are entirely your responsibility.

Island Boyz Spain offers digital memberships only. By purchasing a membership, you are buying access to our online community.

Access to the membership is granted digitally after purchase and is personal and non-transferable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no physical product will be provided, and that your membership grants digital access only.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership and join our community. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Age Verification: By proceeding with your purchase, you legally confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Payment

All memberships must be purchased through the methods we provide on our website. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access credentials to our digital community platform. Access is personal and non-transferable. Price can vary between €29 – €99.

Payment confirmation triggers immediate digital access. Ensure your contact information is accurate to receive access credentials.

No Refunds — Digital Product Acknowledgment (EU Law)

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, cancellations, or returns are available once access has been granted.

This is a digital product / digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (as transposed into Spanish law by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Art. 103(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the supply of digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with the consumer's acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and gaining immediate digital access, you (a) give your prior express consent to immediate performance of the contract, and (b) expressly acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal and accept that the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Final Sale: All purchases are final. No exceptions for refunds, cancellations, or returns once digital access is provided.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take immediate effect. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
